We accept payments via PayPal and credit card

We value our customers privacy and we understand that you may not want people to know what you ordered, whether it’s your neighbor, family member or mailman. Therefore, we ship your order in a plain cardboard box with no reference to dakimakura at all.

The card data is handled by the Paypal or stripe, depending on which option you use, so we do not store that data. The information that we use in our system is the billing and shipping information for us to be able to send the orders (Names, shipping, email and cell phone number). If you want this data to be deleted, you can contact us at contact@animeloverfantasy.com in order to delete all the information that remains in our system as long as you do not have a pending shipment active.

Our dakimakura are custom-made. After you place your order, they will be produced, inspected, and shipped within two weeks. Customers in Japan will receive their dakimakura within three days after shipping. North American customers typically receive theirs within two weeks after shipping. European customers can expect delivery within two weeks as well. Australian customers usually receive theirs around three weeks after shipping.

After your dakimakura has been shipped, we will send an email with the tracking number to the email address you provided during checkout. You can paste the tracking number into the “Track your order” page on our website to monitor its delivery status. Please note that during holidays like Christmas, shipping may be delayed due to local policies. We kindly ask for your patience. If your package has not arrived after one month—which is extremely rare—please contact us at contact@animeloverfantasy.com, providing your tracking number, and we will start investigating the issue immediately.
