Custom Dakimakura Process
We pursue a clean, safe and secure working environment to provide our customers with better products.
Design room
Our design room uses lighting that is close to natural light.
We make color corrections so that the print matches the customer’s image.
We have several people present to check the proofing fabric, which ensures better color reproducibility.
Quality Inspection
We inspect the printed fabric for dust or defects.
By visually checking the full-size print,
we can find anything that does not meet our company standards.
Print room
We use output machines that combine high speed output with high image quality,
allowing for stable mass production.
We adjust the machines according to changes in temperature and humidity to keep quality consistent.
Transfer room
The transfer machine, is equipped with an oil heating drum.
The constant circulation of oil minimizes temperature changes,
so the fabric can be printed without uneven coloring.
Lasercut room
The design is read by a high-performance CCD camera,
and errors between the printed fabric and the data are automatically corrected,
making it possible to cut even delicate designs.
Sewing and Inspection
In order to handle a wide variety of products and small lots,
all of our fabric cutting is done by hand.
In addition to our techniques, we use our design knowledge to come up with ideas
to come up with a wide variety of items.
